A Research Management Series – Seminar and Training session on Communication & Leadership was held at Katsura Campus, Kyoto University on February 14, 2020. The lecturer was Dr. Iris Wieczorek of IRIS Science Management Inc, and the session was hosted by L-INSIGHT and co-hosted by K-CONNEX.
With the aim of optimizing interactions between the lecturer and participants, the session was conducted with 12 selected participants from Kyoto University and Osaka University. The participants were highly appreciative of the session, and stated that they learned the practical communication skills needed for international exchanges and to effectively exercise their leadership in laboratory management.
